a new day

I seem to go to bed at night feeling really positive that tommo is going to be a good day and it is sometimes i had a real big low in the night watch did not help the eating thing have not felt that bad for a long time in one way thats good because i no I am eating less and doing more but it just means you have to eat in the middle of the night too,so today has not started that great but i can fit that by more excercise and lees insulin and less eating sounds good just have to do it .Until tommo be good

    Hey Lianne, nice new blog page :)
    It’s great to see you blogging again, are your lows at night blood suger lows or emotional ones? If they are bloods Damain may be able to shed a bit of light on them. If it’s emotional ones… well.. here goes… Do you have a “vision board” made up yet? Pictures of things you like, clothes you like, body’s that you are aiming for shape-wise (no, not Brad Pitt hehe) If you don’t know what a vision board is ask Dawn or Gilly or Debbie :) Have you got a slogan, something that really means something to you? mine was “Smaller Jeans” for such a long time. Now I’m IN smaller jeans it’s “nothing tastes as good as smaller jeans feels” That’s on the wall on top of my mirror, I see it every day and it’s sunk in!!

    It must be hard if you have a health issue which interferes with your plans. I’m sure you will be able to get it sorted and carry on with your successes. Bex hit the nail on the head for keeping focused. Keep getting back up and going forward. You can do it! Marg
