Still feel a bit yuck

Hi all yes still got my head cold but went to town today to get some drugs to help it well you know from the chemist.I did not listen to the call the other night but listen in to some of it yesterday boy isn’t it funny how we think we no it all but well i sure don’t anyway i did not realise that the whole eating thing and not eating right for only one meal can muck things out so much that will accont for alot of my small weight lossses and I do not remeber ever being told that but perhaps that was something i just blocked out I must say the not feeling well thing is better for lossing weight too i get dont feel like eating much but have had a few soup meals another funny thing is I loved having salads but you know it is great having a nice hot bowl of soup too so look out soup pot now.Well short and swet today Thanks for the comments too
