Hi all I got a real bad head cold at the moment and boy do Ifeel sorry for myself and the weather is just !!!!! too but on a good note and yea there is some I did have a loss this week not a big one but bigger for me I sat down last week and wrote a help me email to Phylis you no you start to wonder if there is something else wrong with you when you just cant get your head around why you do want to loss weight so much but just cant do it and that was me that night anyway Boy I do hope this makes sensebut hey if it doesn’t its good therapy for me away yea maybe Iam loosing it just wish it was as easy to loss the weight ha ha Anyway the exercise thing isn’t happening much the last couple of days anyway just because I do feel yuck but it all past and as I said to a friend of mine the other who just found out her friend cancer has come back a cold is nothing really the complainabout is it .Still great to read others blogs to I really do get alot from them and wow there has been some great weight losses to good work.I did miss the last group session we have but I run into Sandra one of the ladies down here so at was great to have a chat to her too,you know it is really amazing how complete strangers can become friends isnt it when you all have the same thing in common

Yay A loss! Boo a head cold! I’m with you ther! my son has had one all week, and I’ve been wiping his nose for a week! Well I’ve got the darned thing now! ARRRGGGHH! One thing my trainer said is that if you can’t train then don’t eat the same as what you would do if you were! Not so sure what Damian would say about that one, probably make sure it’s balanced!
But when you look at your friend’s cancer and think a headcold is nothing to complain about then maybe you are right, however, an headcold is pretty horriable for the person who has it too!
