Well there has not been a lot of outside exercise going on this week down here boy it has been wet but I am up early this morning and it looks a lot better so outside today for a walk or bike not sure what yet . Only had a very small loss again but hey better than a gain I guess My eating is a lot better but still need to really get strict on myself It is easy just to say ok that will be ok today when you are not at home ,so I guess the answer is to stay at home ,sorry that’s not me . Apart from the weather my week has not been that great I have got a bladder injection that has slowed me down a little too but I am feeling better today. I called in to see Debbie and Gillian yesterday they are both looking so good so it was great to have a chat I missed this month group session and I do think they help a lot Well better go make the must of this better day Thanks all for your comments

Hi
Well done on your weight loss. Who cares how little it is (ok, we do care) but you DID lose which is awesome!!!
I hope the rain is easing.

Hi Lianne,
Take care,
Like Jo said, any loss is great, moving in the right direction!!! Hope you feel better soon, and have a good weekend – yes, sometimes it’s easier at home that out… Great that you met up with the other ‘girls’ for inspiration

Hi Lianne. It can be so frustrating when life doesn’t go to plan. I’ve realised that when I’m out I now look for what I can have rather than what I can’t and then it all seems easier. Don’t forget you’re not on a diet, you are choosing what you put in your mouth that your body will enjoy. Liver and kidneys don’t like junk food. It’s our ingrained habits we have to deal with, so check out why you do what you do with food and when that becomes a consious thought then you can deal to it. (it’s that little voice Pyhllis was talking about last week). Live with what you can do and enjoy yourself. Don’t burden yourself with what you haven’t or can’t do as those thoughts become you. Plan ahead. . . when you’re out what time will you eat, who serves great food, if I park here and walk to there, etc. Also when it rains how about jogging 3 or 4 lengths of your passage then do some situps or squats etc, then another 3 or 4 lengths. It warms you up better than the heater does. Enjoy your weekend. Alison
