Missed a couple of days

Hi sorry missed couple of days We have been away again I no and guess what it does not  help my weight loss ever but do I just stay at home and loose weight or go out and have a great time mmmI went out and had a great time and ate to much as well and yes I did read that most places have salads etc so why cant Ijust do that then I do ask myself that lots of times when eating the wrong foods.Its always excuses with me though and it has to stop I DO need to loss this weight for me and for my health too   cant I just do it and do it properly too I no what to do so just get on with it I really think my eating isn’t the main problem though it all comes down to the exercise that I am not doing enough of,am I just lazy no not really just not motivated I need to find some that I like doing easiersaid than done If anyone has any good tips for me please give them to me and i will give them a go .Until next time and yes we have another weekend of being away from home and eating out again.

    Hi Lianne
    Don’t let it all get you down just keep on going
    No exercise is hard I know I had a few great weeks then got foot and knee injuries and for three weeks I just didn’t move I was up and down daily and weighing my self way to much in these awfull days But now I can lose by food and 3 exercise sessions a week Before I started the challenge I was driving my car to the office which is 200 yrds if that from my house I hated exercise but after 2 weeks (and yeah I did have to push myself really hard to go )I now love it and can’t waitfor my body to let me go out everyday
    If you can find a buddy to walk with I’m sure that will help motivate you as you wont like telling them you not going
    but you know what the best motivation is seeing the numbers on the scales going down and once you get that happening you wont look back HONEST You just need to push yrself a little bit harder in the begining
    You can do this babe and it really does become habit and easier
    I wish you well and keep yr chin up Maybe you could turn down a few night outs or weekends away untill you feel more in controll
    Keep on keeping on and you will get there

    and Yeah I am fine now and over the blues feel sorry for my self hump I am sure there will be more to come but now I know they will pass hopefully next time I will get over it quicker

    Hi Lianne, Linda’s right, find a buddy to walk or get one of the other Southern girls to text you to get your bum moving. You can always blog on here when and what you’ve done too. I know you will be honest as you always are! See if someone has some excercise dvd’s or tapes you can try out, and there’s always chasing James around the farm! You can do this and you CAN make the right choices. You’ve had your slacking time…now GET BACK INTO it!! You can do this, go measure yourself and make a chart up. neck, upper right arm, bust, waist, bum and thigh. Then do it weekly and watch the sizes change. It’s VERY motivating!

    Hi Lianne, don’t be hard on yourself, it’s a part of life we have to learn to deal with and not dwell in… try to take your mind back to the beginning of the challenge, when all the focus and energy were directed to doing this and getting motivated by results. It wasn’t easy, but we did it– and continue to do it! the important thing is to know that we can definitely get back on track!! Have a great week :) Desi
